A downward sales trend could be due to a single or a number of reasons, our first challenge was can we correctly identify the reason the first time. (easier said than done but we have a methodical process for this). The second challenge, can we create a short-term action plan to address what we found to ultimately flip the trend upwards? And finally, the third challenge can we increase sales while increasing marketing efficiency (Higher ROAS, Lower CACs).
